The Reform restaurant features contemporary cuisine served in a relaxed setting. Dishes all include fresh, seasonal ingredients, with local produce used wherever possible.
Taste of Excellence Award Winners
We were delighted that Reform was named ‘Best Restaurant’ for 2011/12 in the Taste of Excellence Awards published by Lincolnshire Life in our first year of being open.
We have then gone from strength to strength winning awards every year culminating in a Gold Citation in 2018 and 2019 and our Head Chef being awarded Chef of the Year 2018/19 & 2020.
Taste of Excellence aims to promote the county’s exceptional food and drink industry and it’s awards reward those who have reached the highest culinary standards. We are not the best place to eat in Lincoln for no reason!
Top 10% of Restaurants in Lincoln – Menus
Simon has created an A la Carte menu, a Lunch menu and a Sunday lunch menu, and a Set Evening menu, all of which are served in the Reform. A bar menu created by Simon is also available and is served in the Lounge bar within the Castle Hotel.
Our Restaurant is open Wednesday to Saturday for Lunch or Dinner and for Lunch on Sunday.
